Most cultural assessments only get at espoused values. Our tools enable us to see and make explicit the not so obvious cultural architecture. We make explicit hidden values and beliefs, discern patterns and themes, then craft a dynamic cultural map that shows where things are today and how to move forward toward an ideal state.
We employ a variety of tools, some observation-based, some language-based and some values-based. The primary tool we use to get at values is the Hall-Tonna Values Inventory. In partnership with Values Technology, we are able to get insight into the organizational culture by surveying the values of people in the organization, particularly those in leadership positions.
