What This Means to You:

If you scored 1-15 points on either part.

People who score below 15 typically feel fear, frustration and disappointment. They feel somehow out of sync. For example, you are probably confident and poised in some areas of your life, but perhaps you feel inadequate and uncomfortable in other areas.

You now face an crossroads: Working with Michael you will greatly improve both your personal and professional lives, but it will require some adjustments. You will identify your values and strengths, clarify your personal vision and tap into your greatest source of potential by articulating your Life Purpose. Through this, you will become more attractive and magnetic to A-level people.

If you scored 16-30 points.

This is the most dangerous position of all. Our friend Bruce Wright says it's like shooting baskets backwards - heaven help you if you make one. Scoring in this range means you possess some intuition or skills that have taken you this far. But, experience shows us that what got you to this point is inadequate to take you to where you want to go. Hence your score.

While you may not admit it in public, you might feel that you are not yet living your full potential. Unless you step into the unknown of personal "change management" and force yourself to grow, you will continue to do the same things and experience the same frustrations. Your life could become like a nice song that repeats itself over and over and over. Not thrilling enough to be satisfying, but not uncomfortable enough to take action.

You can do something about it right now, or wait until you reach a pain-threshold where changing your life is no longer a "should," but a "must." Michael will help you get more of what you want and less of what you don't want. However, you will need support, motivation and most of accountability. Someone (like Michael) who will hold you to your "word" so you follow-through and step out of your comfort zone.

If you scored 31-40 points.

Chances are, you either are currently working with a coach or have worked with one in the past. Now is the perfect time to step back and look at your recent progress. Are you stuck on a self-development plateau? It might be time to do something different. Look at your over-all progress. Did it take years to get you where you are? For most people, it doesn't need to take that long. Ask yourself if your coach has the training and skills to take you to your full potential.

It is up to you. It's your choice, so make the right decision.
