20-20 Vision

Hello from Michael Lovas!

I'm hoping you'll consider sharing your opinion with me.

Not long ago, Pam and I were asked to facilitate a workshop with the top advisory teams for Piper Jaffray.  One of the most significant take-aways for them was the facilitated peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.  If you'd been listening in, you'd have heard some amazing ideas.  The conversations created a host of Best Practices for those advisors.  With that discussion in mind . . .

Pam and I have been meeting with two of our most trusted alliance partners.  We're discussing what we believe to be a significant improvement over the way advisors get coaching and consulting today. Currently, there are only three main models: 1) You hire a specialist to help you in one area. 2) You hire a coach who claims to be an expert in every aspect of business. 3) You attend conferences and listen to speakers, most of whom do not provide follow-up coaching.

We believe those models are inadequate, so we set out to create the perfect model. We asked ourselves:

► What if we create a team of extremely good coaches and consultants who bring measurable results?
► What if the help includes analysis of financials, operational processes, marketing and referrals?
► What if it includes in-person conferences each year?
► What if it includes personal coaching?
► What if the cost of this help is about 75% less than the typical coaching fee?
► What if you also get the added benefit of peer-to-peer knowledge sharing?

We call it "20-20 Vision."  Each 20-20 class is limited to 20 advisors. And, the curriculum covers 20 of the most important topics to financial professionals. What I'm asking you to do is consider what I've just said and let me know if you think it's a good idea. That's all.  I'm not asking you to apply, commit, write a check or make any promises. Just hit the email link and let me know if you think this is a good idea.  michael@aboutpeople.com
