The "Likeability" Side of Credibility

When Pam and I create our books and programs, we always search far and wide for the best resources. For years, we've seen that many other trainers, consultants and coaches do not know about new tools and resources. They seem to live behind the curve, preferring to share opinion and theory, but not much you can actually implement. That leaves you on your own to solve your problems. Not good. How would your own clients feel if all you did was give opinion and not provide tools (or products) to solve their problems?
For the past year, our focus has been to uncover the nuggets of truth about three things: credibility, likeability and getting referrals. We find that these are the engines that make a business succeed. It works like this: your business is a referral business...referrals are based on your credibility...your credibility is based on your likeability. With that in mind, let me tell you about a tool that will: 1) help you build your likeability, 2) help you build your credibility, and 3) inspire more referrals.
How to Build the Likeability side of your Credibility
To facilitate the referral process, you need to communicate at a personal level. That's how you increase your value. But you likely do not have the time to do it. I mean, even with an assistant, how many envelopes can you stuff in a day? How many letters and personal notes can you write by hand? To run an efficient business, you need an automated system to make personal communication easy. Otherwise, you will likely stop doing it, and that will interrupt the flow of referrals. What's the solution?
Two of my most trusted colleagues introduced me to a service called Send Out Cards (SOC). It is an automated printer and mail shop that sends personalized greeting cards through the mail for you. You pick the art, write the greeting, and they send the cards out for you. Used correctly, it solves all those "personal communication" problems.
From the first look, I found Send Out Cards (SOC) to be an excellent tool for building value and generating referrals. It's also an easy, affordable and highly effective way to tap into an excellent service that will give you amazing time-efficiency!
Disclosure and Reward. While they have 12,000 images to choose from, I wasn't completely thrilled with their selection, but I was delighted with their flexibility. For example, they make it easy to upload your own photos and create your own cards. And, they allow you to turn your own handwriting into a font.
