Performance Coaching
Most
professionals are not using their natural strengths and talents.
They are operating out of a Life Manual that doesn’t fit
their values. As a
result, their careers are unrewarding and it's likely that their
income suffers. The
good news is, Michael helps professionals improve their outlook,
satisfaction and future. We
will look at what you do now, discover what you really want more of,
learn why you don’t have it yet, and develop steps to get what you
want. It’s really
quite simple.
See what clients are
saying about Michael's Performance Coaching:
"If you are having any doubts about your business; if you want to
increase your ability to communicate with your audience; if you want
to improve your approach or want to be more successful, you should
visit with Michael Lovas. He has unique attributes
combined with the ability to teach those attributes to you. In
only a few minutes time, Michael was able to interpret my short
falls and turn them into strengths with amazing simplicity.
Michael
became a friend and mentor after only a couple of sessions. We
were able to talk about business problems--the kind of problems we
all have in the financial business--dissect those problems, tie
solutions to them and put those solutions into action in short
order.
After
the first session I was given an assignment. Michael told me
to phone 6 or 7 of the people I would like to meet with, and using
the approach he taught me, to make an appointment with them.
Now, before I go on, you have to realize
this; I was getting about a 7 or 8% response rate on my calls,
so to make 8 appointments, I had to call about 100 people, and then
I'd have about 2 or 3 no-shows.
I got on
the phone the next day and called 8 people using the approach that
Michael said to use, and I made 8 appointments. I started
having so much fun making appointments that I called 5 more people
that morning and made (you guessed it) 5 more appointments.
That's 13 phone calls in about 40 minutes and 13 appointments.
Over the next few days, I called about 20 more people and have made
20 more appointments. So I am batting 1000 with Michael's
help. Oh, by the way, I have since met with those people and I
have not had a single no-show. Not one.
And, not
only that, I have learned how to approach people in such a way that
they let down their defenses and I am able to communicate with them
in an open and caring way and they share with me their concerns,
freely. What a change in attitude I have had in my business
life. It is wonderful.
Michael
is teaching me other communication methods, as well, like how to
read people in just a couple of minutes so you can tell how they
should be approached.
If you
want to super-charge your practice and if you want methods of
dealing with people that work, then you need to talk to Michael
Lovas. You will find like I did that he is truly amazing.

facts and content to make sales.
Unfortunately, facts and content appeal to only 10% of the
prospect’s (or audience’s) mind.
This is Michael’s area of specialty.

"I've found that obstacles to living at a greater level
fulfillment are found within the habits of thought that have
carefully settled into my psyche over the years. Subconscious
patterns preventing me from approaching life with renewable zest and
alternative perspectives. This is where Michael Lovas comes
in.
Michael has mastered
an array of tools of empowerment, and honed a skill set of mental
reprogramming techniques that he artfully applies in his coaching

a new realm of creativity and interpersonal expression.

What does Michael do as a coach?
Any
credible coach is a professional who has a great deal of training
and experience and flexibility to apply specific psychological
activities. He asks,
“What do you want more of?”
That’s when you begin your journey.
First,
you talk and he listens to you.
Meanwhile, he recognizes what is not being said.
Next, he presents his findings to you, and the two of you
determine how to proceed so you can get what you want more of.
Is Michael a traditional psychotherapist?
No.
Traditional psychotherapy is not what people come to Michael
for. A psychotherapist
normally employs “talk therapy” to help people who suffer from
mental or emotional disorders.
Michael is different; he
helps people who want to improve.
If you like Dr. Phil McGraw, you’ll love Michael.
Both talk straight and get the point as quickly as possible.
Does Michael do telephone sessions?
Yes. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Rarely can significant improvement occur in only one session,
so the initial “package” includes three sessions.
How
can I pay Michael?
You
can send a check or put the fees on a major credit card.
How do I know if this is what I want right now?
Easy. Just call and talk. It’s
free. It’s possible
that coaching with Michael is not the solution for you, but you
